Weekend Getaway - Singaland '14

How's your day so far? (: Finally quit my job, and getting myself ready for clp. I have a week break from today onwards. yes, only a week. :/ I'm gonna do a post on my short weekend getaway to singaland two months ago. well, i dont really remember the details, thus, let the pics do the speaking as usual. 😉

We spent almost half a day looking for our hostel, it was so freaking hard to find! 😤 Rest for while in the hostel after we checked in, then off we went to Sentosa Island. and so, our backpacking adventure started! :)
DAY ONE
First Stop - Sentosa Island 🌊
My first time to the USS! Anyway, we did not get into the studio, as the ticket was expensive as hell 😫 It was such a sunny day, dislike weather like this. it made me felt so uncomfortable :( but better than rainy day of course.

Spent our night at Clarke Quay. It was rather a stuffy and hot night. not chilly at all :(

Never take any photos tho, cos i've been there two years ago. did some shopping, but never get myself anything, because there aint anything nice, or rather cheap :(

I personally think that it is overrated :/ the egg ben aint that great anyway. the brownie was too sweet as well. will not visit it again, if i ever go back to sg next time. :/
Sixth Stop : Gardens by the Bay & Marina Bay Sands
Rushed our ass off to Gardens by the Bay, so that we could make it to the musical water light show @ MBS on time. didn't have enough time to stay at Gardens by the Bay to enjoy the beautiful night view :( it was really beautiful nonetheless.
And, we made it to the show on time!
Just randomly chilling by the bay, it was chilling :) thank god for the weather. We just sit there, and chilled, chit chat. feeling blessed :)

DAY THREE
Woke up packed our luggage, had our breakfast then checked out. didn't have much time left, so we went to chinatown, as it was within walking distance. Walked around, nothing special anyway. Had our lunch at some food court, hainan chicken rice. still prefer malaysian food :)

Third day #ootd
It was a different experience travelled to Sg this time. We did a lot of touristy-backpacking thingy. did a lot of walking, exploring touristy places, did some photo shooting, food hunting. It was really a much needed getaway. It was only two months ago, and now i really feel like going on a vacation again. :/ needa plan one real soon. Wanna go Aussie, Taiwan, HongKong, BKK, but where to get money :((( anyone wanna sponsor me? :p just kiddin' (but i wanted to go to US, if you were to ask me what's my first choice. hahaha) crazy, US is so expensive ok. -.- well, just saying.
Alright, done with this long post. Gotta get ready for dinner tonight w the peeps. But it's raining now. sigh. Ciao!
