Had a 2D1N trip to Bath with the awesome peeps last week :) It was great, despite the shitty weather. it was raining on the first day we arrived. we were too unlucky perhaps. ohwell. Had lunch then checked-in to hotel, then out to town to visit the Roman Bath. It's one of the places that i wanted to go long time ago. Actually there is nothing much about the Roman Bath, maybe I'm not that into historical things. after that, we went to get our swimsuit/bikini, then off we went to Bath Spa @ Thermae Bath Spa. Immersed ourselves in the heated pool of natural thermal water, it was kinda relaxing. We had dinner there because it was included in the Twilight package. the food was not bad, but the portion was a lil small, so we had dessert + supper after that haha. Visited The Royal Crescent the next day, il y a fait beau in the morning. haha. then it started raining in the afternoon :/ had lunch at Sotto Sotto, an Italian restaurant. the food and service were too good. and the price is affordable! (Y) then we walked around the town, bought some souvenir :p then we had tea time at Sally Lunn's, it is one of the oldest houses in Bath. and they are famous of their signature Sally Lunn's bun :) so we gave it a try. after tea, then we catched the next fastest train to go back to Reading. It was indeed a good short trip, had a whole new experience at Bath, love their culture, the building, the people, the food, in fact, i love Bath. x
