My first working experience!
so it was last Friday and Saturday. (9th and 10th of September) i went Penang w PeiEn and Supervisor Chris, to work for my very first time. HAHA. im kinda excited for it, cos it was my first time working, and it was at Penang. lol packed my stuff very last minute, and dear came to pick me up to her house to sleepover. Wheeeee :) had some girls talk before we slept. woke up at 8 smtg the next day, got ready and Chris came to fetch me and peien, and up we headed to Penang. ohwell, it's kinda awkward to be in the car for four hours, cos u know we got nothing much to talk. and i kinda force myself to stay awake to keep Chris accompany, so that he wont feel sleepy, and wont speed! lol. we reached Penang safely within 4 hours, that's freaking fast. the first place we went was Wawasan Open University, where we were going to work the next day. set up the stuff, and settle everything. chilled for while, then we checked in our hotel. we stay at Gurney Hotel, and our room is suite. its freaking big and nice. i like the toilet the most! omgggg. lol. after showered and everything, we went out for some local penang food as dinner. :) after that we went Gurney Plaza cos Chris wanna settle something for his colleague, and we walked around. i kinda like that mall, it has almost all the shops. :)) and of course, chatime! :3 had my taiwan plum iced tea, craving satisfied! so happy. after that, we went back to our hotel, and sleep.woke up at 6am the next day, *yawn* cos u know i normally wake up at 11am almost everyday. showered, and packed everything, then checked out. reached the uni abit earlier, and i tell u, i can hear the sea water from the uni, cos the sea is just right behind the uni! so nice right? did some final touch up, then the participants came one by one. and my job basically is just to pass the workshop's materials to the participants and to ask them to pass us back the survey form. ohwell, this was the line i've been saying for more than 150 times. LOL "hi, this is the survey form and if u pass us back the form after the workshop, u'll be getting a free gift". >.> damn farney right? the workshop ended at 6pm. then we headed to Queensbay Mall for dinner. and then headed back to KL.
It was a nice trip indeed, had quite a lot of fun and laughter! :)
